If you spend any time with Aimee, you will immediately feel comfortable with her friendly and outgoing personality. Anyone who has known or worked with her will tell you that she has possessed these traits throughout her life. She started her career selling cellular phones, but quickly worked her way into a management position for Action Cellular and then as regional manager for Absolute Wireless. After several years developing and growing a successful business, and after the birth of her second daughter, Aimee decided to change careers and took a position as a project manager for a large data company. After the “telcom bust” of the late 1990’s, the company was unable to stay profitable and had to layoff off the majority of their workforce. Aimee spent the next two years raising her two daughters.

After several years as a stay-at-home mom, Aimee decided to turn her lifelong passion for real estate into a career. As she was getting her Realtor’s License, Aimee found herself prospecting like a true veteran. Aimee earned her license and immediately found that Real Estate was where she belonged. Aimee beat out over 100 agents in a nationally recognized franchise by earning Rookie of the Year. She has since gone on to achieve higher levels of success.

While working at the nationally recognized franchise, Aimee found herself trading real estate experiences with another colleague, Wilson Crow. As “water cooler” talks about their real estate dealings evolved, so did their interest in combining their business. Aimee found that her strengths complemented Wilson’s strengths. They decided to join forces, and they haven’t looked back since.

In Aimee’s rare free moments, she enjoys hanging out with her two girls and husband. She volunteers her summer and fall evenings to be swim team coach and cheerleading coach. She also volunteers time throughout the year to be “class mom” at the girls’ school. When time allows, golfing, going to the beach and skiing are fun activities she loves to do. However, no matter what she’s doing, Aimee always has part of her brain thinking about the next real estate venture.

Wilson, who was born in Houston, Texas, moved to North Carolina when he was six years old. He grew up playing sports, going to the beach, and spending time listening to his grandfather’s tales of “back when I was a kid…” As his grandfather told him time and time again about the days of dirt roads, “mom and pop” stores, and playing in the woods that have since transformed into neighborhood, Wilson found himself intrigued with these stories that always referenced a land mark.

Wilson developed a passion for Real Estate and the dynamics that encompassed the ever-changing growth of his hometown. Knowing he wanted to pursue a career in real estate, Wilson earned his Real Estate License while attending the Kenan Flagler Business School at UNC. Upon graduating college, he moved to Raleigh, NC and decided to explore his entrepreneurial spirit and found Residential Brokerage as an appealing avenue. He took a job as REALTOR with a nationally-recognized franchise. Wilson realized that he had found his calling.

After several years in the business, he met another REALTOR, Aimee Anderson, who had the same passion for Real Estate. They talked frequently about joining forces and taking their business to new heights. In 2004, the discussions became a reality and the Anderson/Crow Realty Group was formed. They have since moved to Remax Capital Associates and are enjoying their new levels of success. Wilson currently lives near downtown Raleigh. He enjoys hanging out with friends, family and going to UNC sporting events.
