Hedingham also has two large swimming pools.  The pools are open from Memorial Day weekend to the 3^rd weekend of September.  The pools are fully staffed by lifeguards.  Hedingham offers swim lessons and a competitive swim team.  In addition, there is lighted tennis courts, sand volleyball, walking trails and sidewalks. 

In 2004, Hedingham, built a 9,000 square foot athletic center.  It is fully equipped with state of the art exercise equipment, basketball court, on site nursery and aerobics room.  The gym offer many classes including: aerobics, Pilates, yoga and step classes.  One of the lakes, Lake Hedingham, is located in the heart of the subdivision.  The lake is stocked with bass and residents may use non motorized crafts to enjoy the beautiful scenery.  All of these amenities are available to all single family homeowners for $35.00 monthly and $93.00 for Townhome owners.
